Retired March 1, 2013 after 40 years in Department of Defense in Army and Air Force as a civil service employee.  Worked as an environmental planner.  

Currently working part-time as a consultant to URS Corporation as a Principal Environmental Scientist.  Geography has allowed me to support DOD as a recreational planner, geographer, community planner, program analyst, and many other environmental specialist duties.  It all started at KU in 1967 and I have been learning ever since.
