Suzy Satcher Receives Undergraduate Reseach Award

Paula (Suzy) Satcher, a senior from Kansas City, Missouri, majoring in atmospheric science, has received an Undergraduate Research Award.  The title of her research is “Evaluating the accuracy of the inclusion of the anthropogenic heat flux in a climate model.”  She is mentored by Associate Professor Nathaniel Brunsell, geography. UGRA recipients are awarded $1,000 to fund their faculty-mentored research and creative projects, which represent departments from across campus and explore a wide range of topics.
